Strip Wound Hose / ILOK

All flexible hose connectors are manufactured from twin ply stainless steel and usually consist of an external braid covering 100% of the bellows to prevent the ingress of damaging foreign matter. The ILOK hose product range is formed from tightly interlocked seperate strips and is also commonly known as Stripwound Hose.

The decision to use round or polygonal is usually based on the need to replace an existing component, although technically both types have very close behaviorial characteristics.
